Fulfillment Process

  1. Define your goals and audience with your main point of contact at Brilliant, your dedicated Account Manager.

  2. Brilliant creates a curated Lookbook of product ideas for you.

  3. Iterate with your Account Manager to choose the perfect items for your program.

    • Don't worry - we can help design them, too!

  4. Get an Estimate with pricing and Approve in your client dashboard to purchase products based on your program needs and approve the final product designs via our interactive Art Proofs in your client dashboard.

  5. Once purchased, items will move into our fulfillment process. You’ll know exactly where items are in the process by viewing the Order Details of any Project via our Orders & Statements table.
