Salesforce: Campaign Overview

You can connect your Salesforce organization to Brilliant in order to automate gift sends for members of a Salesforce campaign. The integration will create statuses for members in this campaign which will be updated automatically as the gift recipients go through the gift claiming steps. Optionally, gift records can also be created in your Salesforce instance as gift orders are placed and fulfilled. Once Brilliant has approved your request for this integration, please follow the steps in the Salesforce Campaign Setup Guide to setup your Salesforce instance and connect the integration.

Usage

Once your Salesforce admin has setup Brilliant's custom gift object and configured the integration with a Salesforce campaign, you can add campaign members to the campaign tied to the integration to automate gifting to those members. Gifts will be sent out as new members are added to the campaign. Please note that the integration is designed to be used with new Salesforce campaigns without any pre-existing members, and gifts will not be sent to any members who were in the campaign before the integration was connected.

When gifted members interact with the gift link that is sent to them, their campaign member status will be updated allowing you to see where in the gift process your campaign members are at.
