Rippling Automation

Brilliant customers can trigger gift sends from Rippling to Brilliant by using Rippling's Workflow Automator. Be sure to work with the Brilliant team before setting up this automation to ensure everything is in place before launching! Once that is confirmed you can follow the steps below to trigger gifts based on Rippling data:

Build a Rippling Workflow

You will want to first create a Rippling Workflow that is based on certain data in Rippling. This trigger can include any data that works for your use case but two popular examples are New Hire gifts and Anniversary Gifts. You can choose the criteria for this based on what is available in Rippling just ensure the action step includes sending an email. The specific email address that this needs to be sent to will be provided to you by the Brilliant Team. The email will need to include the recipient's name and email.

Connect the Workflow to a Preferred Gift Campaign in Brilliant

For this you will work with the Brilliant team to determine and create the Preferred Gift Campaign you would like to use for each of your use cases. Our team will be able to connect the emails received to the proper Preferred Gift Campaigns.

Test and Enable the Automation

The Brilliant team will be able to run tests for this automation and then confirm when it is ready to go live! From there anyone added based on the Rippling Workflow will automatically receive a Gift Link to redeem their gift. You can track progress on your campaigns further directly in the Brilliant Dashboard.
