Storefront Custom URLs

There are two types of URLs we support at Brilliant for your Storefronts.

Pro & Essential Tier Storefronts can customize the URL under a brilliantmade.com domain in this format: [yourcustomURL].brilliantmade.com. Think acme-swag.brilliantmade.com. Your Brilliant team can help configure this for you as part of your Storefront implementation and onboarding.

Enterprise Tier Storefronts can provide their own vanity URLs by hosting the URL on your own domain. Think swag.acmeco.com or shop.yourcompany.com. We can also host on a completely different domain if desired, for example acmeswag.shop.

Storefronts cannot be embedded as a path in existing sites. For example, acmeco.com/swag would not be valid. The custom URL can only work on a subdomain or its own domain.

For an Enterprise Tier Custom URL, let your Brilliant team know once you have settled on a domain name to utilize. They will contact Brilliant's technical support team to provision an SSL Certificate for use with your store. The certificate will require your IT or Engineering team to add some DNS entries to confirm domain ownership.
