Custom Kit and Assembly
For gifts and campaigns that require more than 1 add-on or other special handling, a custom kit & assembly charge will be quoted in advance and apply in lieu of the standard pick & pack charge.
For example, for a new hire kit with 5 SKUs and tissue paper, a sticker and custom printed packing tape will have a set kit & assembly fee that applies instead of the standard pick & pack charges above.
If that new hire kit is fulfilled in combination with other items, the kit & assembly fee will be added to standard pick & pack fees derived from the other items in the order.
Special Handling
Some items are require special attention and storage needs. For example, items that are very large or heavy, have very high value, have expiration dates, and/or require extra quality checks (e.g., items that are sent back and forth between the client and the warehouse).
Common items that may require Special Handling:
Event display items with many parts
Table covers that see a lot of wear and tear
Expensive technology products and accessories
Items larger than 36" x 36" x 36"
Our team will provide applicable Special Handling fees to you when relevant.
Storage
Our storage pricing is simple and transparent.
We charge 1% of the retail value of your inventory for the upcoming month, based on the value of your inventory in stock on the first business day of the month.
Storage includes unlimited SKUs.
In rare situations, a monthly minimum may apply based on volume and velocity. If a minimum applies, a Brilliant teammate will let you know in advance.
Outside Merchandise
We accept merchandise procured from outside of Brilliant by advance agreement only. Our pricing structure may vary, and intake fees may apply. Please ask your Creative Partner for additional information.
International Fulfillment Centers
Brilliant offers international fulfillment in Netherlands, the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and India through fully-integrated partnerships with carefully-vetted local fulfillment centers.
Due to significant regional differences, our fulfillment services pricing may differ for these fulfillment centers. Please ask your Creative Partner for additional information.
