This guide assumes you have already communicated with Brilliant to set up a TriNet PEO automation for your account. Note: this is specific to TriNet PEO. If you are using TriNet HR Platform please reach out to Brilliant for set up instructions.

Contact TriNet

Reach out to TriNet's Customer Product Intergrations for Custom Integration Support to request API access. Brilliant will work directly with TriNet once the request is made to securely access your TriNet Credentials.


Brilliant Workflow Setup

Once you have contacted TriNet, email your Brilliant Implementation contact to confirm that step is complete. Our team will work directly with TriNet, complete the Automation build on your Brilliant storefront and connect the relevant Preferred Gift Campaigns to be automated. We will monitor your Integration closely for any errors or blockers and will be available to answer questions or make requested updates for the duration of your Automation.
