Promo Code Usage Report
Keep tabs on Promo Code usage across all of the Storefronts you have access to. Each promo code use at checkout is a line on this report.
To generate a Promo Code Usage Report, click Generate Report from Insights > Reports. By default your data will filter to all data you have access to for the last 30 Days, but you can filter your data by the following elements:
Storefront: Select which Storefronts you’d like included with this data. Please note that all Project related Statement data for the time period you select will automatically be included in this report.
Date Range: Choose from the following date range options: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, This Year, Last Year, All Time. This uses the Sent Date for your Statement or Invoice.
Brilliant’s data ranges work on calendar quarters and years We do not allow filtering by custom date ranges at this time.
Report Column Details
Store Name: The Storefront name associated with the Store Order where the promo code was used.
Store ID: The unique ID for the Storefront associated with the Store Order where the promo code was used.
Store Order ID: The unique ID of the Store Order where the promo code was used.
Invoice ID: ID of the statement that this Store Order was billed to. This will be blank if it has not been billed to you yet.
Promo Code: The promo code used (i.e. ‘SHIPFREE2026’)
Promo Code Value: The dollar or percentage amount the promo code was valued at. For example a $20 off promo code would show as ‘$20’ in the cell on your report.
Free Shipping: Yes or No of the promo code offers free shipping
Used Date: Date the promo code was applied and used at checkout.
Amount Used: How much was taken off of the order. For example, if your promo code was for 10% off and the order was $100, this would show as $10. If your promo code was for $50 off, and the order was $40 total, this would show as $40.
Used By Name: The first and last name of the person who placed the Store Order.
Used by Email Address: The email address of the person who placed the Store Order.
Store Order Total: The total amount of the order in the cart before the promo code was applied
Promo Code Expiration Date: If an expiration date was set for this promo code, that date will show here.
Promo Code Active Status: Shows as Active or Inactive based on if the promo code is active at the time this report is generated. ideally this should be active or inactive but if it’s easier to show as True or False or Yes or No here that is okay
