Preferred Gift Campaign Response Report

The Preferred Gift Campaign Response Report lets you view status and other detailed information for sends generated for recipients across all of the Preferred Gift Campaigns you have access to. Each send and its corresponding response is its own line on the report.

To generate a Store Order Spend Report, click Generate Report from Insights > Reports. By default your data will filter to all data you have access to for the last 30 Days, but you can filter your data by the following elements:

  • Storefront: Select which Storefronts you’d like included with this data. Please note that all Project related Statement data for the time period you select will automatically be included in this report.

  • Date Range: Choose from the following date range options: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, This Year, Last Year, All Time. This uses the Sent Date for your Statement or Invoice.

    • Brilliant’s data ranges work on calendar quarters and years We do not allow filtering by custom date ranges at this time.

Report Column Details

  • Response ID: The unique ID of the logged recipient response.

  • Recipient Name: First and last name of the recipient.

  • Recipient Email: Email address of the recipient.

  • Recipient Company: If collected, Company Name of the recipient.

  • URL: URL of the send sent to the recipient.

  • Sent Date: Date the email was sent to the recipient with the link to submit their response.

  • Opened Date: Date the recipient opened their email. In some instances, Brilliant is unable to collect this data.

  • Clicked Date: Date the recipient clicked from their email to the link to submit their response.

  • Submitted Date: Date the recipient submitted their response.

  • Shipping Status: Status of the shipment associated with this response. You can view our shipping statuses here.

  • Shipping Method: Carrier used for this shipment.

  • Tracking Number: Tracking number for this shipment. If multiple shipments were sent, this may show multiple tracking numbers.

  • Sender Name: First and last name of the user who generated and sent the email or link to the recipient.

  • Sender Email: Email address of the user who generated and sent the email or link to the recipient.

  • Invitation Status: Status of the send, not the associated order. You can see our send statuses here.

  • Send Type: For sends created from the Send a Gift workflow, this will show as Quick Send or Surprise Send.

  • Opt Out: True or False based on if the user opted out. If this feature was turned off for your campaign, all responses will show as Fa

  • Location: If this Preferred Gift Campaign allowed your users to select a delivery Location from a drop down menu (typical when orders are being bulk shipped to office locations) then the selected Location name / address will show here.

  • External Solution ID: For Preferred Gift Campaigns integrated with a third party software like Salesforce, Hubspot, Shopify or Marketo, this field will show that third party’s unique ID here. For example, for our Salesforce integrations, this will show the Lead or Contact’s Salesforce ID associated with this order.

  • Response Fields: Depending on how many text form or gift selection options your recipients have, each selection option will be its own column, and the selection made or text entered by the recipient will show in the corresponding cell in the report.

  • PO #: If a PO # has been set on the Storefront or Custom Order Invoice in Brilliant, or if you are using our ERP Punchout integration, this will show the associated PO # for this Store Order.

  • Store Name: The Project or Storefront name associated with this Preferred Gift Campaign.

  • Store ID: The unique ID for the Project or or Storefront associated with this Preferred Gift Campaign.

  • Store Order ID: The unique ID for the Store Order created to fulfill this response.

  • Store Order URL: A link to a PDF view of the Store Order created to fulfill this response. This allows you to drill into more information from your report.

  • Invoice ID: ID of the statement that this Store Order was billed to. This will be blank if it has not been billed to you yet.

  • Invoice URL: A link to a PDF view of the Statement where this Store Order was billed on. This allows you to drill into more information from your report.
