Inventory Report Summary
Your Inventory page shows all of your Store Products for a given Storefront with Brilliant. You can access real time data for your store products and their current counts in inventory.
Exporting the .csv from Storefronts > Inventory for a given Storefront will provide you with the following data via our standard export. These include all active products, including those that are active but hidden to some or all of your Store Users. Deactivated products will not show in this report.
Group_name: Name of the Group the product is in if your Storefront uses Product Groups to group products into categories for easy navigation.
Store_product_id: Brilliant’s ID for this product in this Storefront.
Product_id: Brilliant’s ID for this product in our overall product catalog. This helps your Account Manager manage past and future orders for this product on your behalf.
Product_name: The name of the product in your Storefront originally set by Brilliant. You may have changed the Display Name that shows to users in your Storefront, but we maintain the original name for warehouse and operational purposes.
Variant_id: This is the specific attribute instance for this product. For example, if you have a sweatshirt that comes in gray and black and in sizes S, M and L, there will be a unique Variant ID for each combination of color and size we product for your team.
Variant_name: How the variant_ID shows in a drop down menu to your users at checkout. In the same example, a sweatshirt in gray, size M, may show as ‘Gray / Size M’ here.
Unit_cost: Cost you paid per unit for the inventory.
In_stock: Count of the given Variant of the Store Product in stock.
Shipped_lifetime: Count of the variant shipped over the variant’s lifetime in your Storefront.
Shipped_ytd: Count of the variant shipped over this calendar year to date.
Shipped_last_quarter: Count of the variant shipped over the last calendar quarter.
Shipped_last_month: Count of the variant shipped over the last calendar month
