Marking a Custom Reward as Fulfilled
The Bonusly API for custom rewards can only send data over to our system when a Custom Reward is marked as Fulfilled, a manual step a Bonusly admin will need to take before a gift card can be issued in Brilliant. Store User Experience
Once a Bonusly Custom Reward is redeemed and marked as fulfilled, Brilliant will send an email to the Bonusly user with the gift card information including a link to your Brilliant Storefront where they can redeem their gift.
When the user arrives at the Storefront, they’ll be able to see their available Gift Card balance at the top right hand corner of the shop:
At checkout, the gift card balance will automatically be applied to the cart once shipping is calculated:
Users can see their full gift card redemption history under their My Account page:
