Utilizing 6Sense with Brilliant
With Brilliant and 6Sense, you will be able to use intent data to inform your gifting efforts so that you can target the right contacts at the right time.
Connecting Brilliant to Salesforce Campaigns
Brilliant utilizes our Salesforce Campaign integration to gift contacts based on 6Sense data. You will want to make sure your 6Sense is integrated with Salesforce and that you have Salesforce Campaigns that use 6Sense data to automate them. Once you have done that and identified the Salesforce Campaigns you want to use you can follow the steps for our steps for connecting the Salesforce Campaign to Brilliant:
On the Automations page of the store you wish to connect, click Connect on the Salesforce Campaign integration.
- On the configuration page:
- Add your Salesforce account information. Please make sure the Salesforce User whose information you use for this connection has API access enabled as well as the Modify All Data and Customize Application permissions. If you choose to create Gift records in your Salesforce instance from this integration, you will also need to make sure the user has all of the necessary permissions to read, create, edit, and delete data for the custom Gift object and fields created above.
Enter the Salesforce Campaign ID of the Salesforce Campaign you wish to integrate. You can find the Salesforce Campaign ID by visiting the Campaign's page in Salesforce and copying the ID from the URL.
- Select which Preferred Gift Campaign you want to add campaign members to.
- Choose whether or not you would like to create Brilliant Gift records in your Salesforce instance for campaign members which choose to receive a gift.
- After clicking Finish, your campaign integration setup is complete! When contacts are added to the Salesforce Campaign they will automatically receive a gift link from Brilliant.
