eGift Card Offerings

The Brilliant product catalog gets you access to 1000+ digital gift cards, payment cards and charitable donation options, including international options that cover 225+ countries and 60+ currencies. Your Creative Partner can work with you to help select the best options for your recipients.

Purchasing an eGift through a Storefront

An eGift product can be added to a Storefront cart for checkout just like any other item by clicking the 'Send Gift by Email' button.

You'll then be taken to the eGift checkout page where you can enter the recipients email, adjust the amount of the gift card based on the denominations your company allows, and add a custom message that will be included in the email to your recipient. You can add multiple recipients at checkout by clicking Add Recipient. All recipients will receive the same custom message.

After you click Next you'll be taken to a review page where you can check your eGift send before clicking Finalize to send to your recipient(s). Emails will then be sent to your recipients instantly prompting them to redeem their gift.

Recipients Selecting and Redeeming an eGift Selection through a Preferred Gift Campaign

eGifts can be added as gift redemption selections in our Preferred Gift Campaigns. Recipients will be prompted to enter just their name and email address so we can route their eGift redemption email.

eGifts can also be offered in combination with physical gifts. When the recipient clicks Next: Delivery, if they selected an eGift they'll be prompted to only enter their name and email address. After they submit their form, they'll instantly receive the redemption email to redeem their eGift card. They'll then receive a digital gift card code they can redeem directly with the vendor.

Billing for eGifts

All eGifts incur a $2.50 per card processing fee. These processing charges are billed on your monthly statement as that are incurred.

eGifts are considered purchased once the redemption email for the eGift is sent. Redemption emails are sent when a Preferred Gift Campaign recipient has selected the gift card as their option and completed their gift selection form or when a Storefront order is placed and an email is automatically sent after checkout to the recipient with the unique link to redeem their gift card.

Physical Gift Cards

Brilliant can also offer physical gift card customization and fulfillment based on your needs. Physical gift cards incur a processing fee of $2.50 plus 5% of the value of the card.
