What makes Brilliant’s approach to International Event Fulfillment different?
- We review destination red flags in advance, recommending products that are border-cross friendly. When customs issues do present, we provide assistance during the clearance process.
- We consider customs implications up front, screening for sensitive items and making recommendations at product selection phase.
- We apply strategic recommendations when bulk or B2B shipments arise.
- We have access to carriers who specialize in temporary imports (events) for certain regions, and can apply strategic timing to others.
- We have access to specialized carriers for some challenging countries.
- Our merchandising team sources products from around the globe. This “local” (to your event) sourcing avoids cross border transport altogether.
Post-Event Returns and Goods Management
For events held in any country outside the US, we do not offer a return label service. This due to the complexities of a transient event staff as well as the differences in time zone and language combined with the potential for cross-border / customs concerns and the requirements of our international couriers.
We do offer two suggestions to help with end-of-show goods.
- Event sites and exhibition halls often have logistics partners on-site! Your show information packet will have details on this. ExCel London, for instance has DSV right on the property. Our warehouses will accept delivery from any carrier you wish to use. Please request the delivery address and contact details from your CP
- If you wish to take the remaining goods home with you (either to your office or residence) we are happy to provide a new shipping label from that location to return goods to our warehouse. Simply provide a full / complete inventory of items along with the carton dimensions to your CP and we can arrange for the pickup.
